Data Lead - Stafford (Hybrid)We're looking for an experienced Data Lead to manage large datasets and drive data-led decision-making within a fast-paced environment.Location: Stafford (3 days per week in office)Contract: 12 monthsKey Responsibilities:Manage and analyse large, complex datasets.Develop insights and reporting to support business decisions.Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI.Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and present findings.Requirements:Proven experience managing large datasets.Strong Power BI and data analysis skills.Some coding experience (e.G. SQL, Python or similar).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.This is a great opportunity for a data professional who can combine technical expertise with strong business engagement.
