Job description

a key part in turning complex data into meaningful insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business.The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a wide range of business performance reports and, over time, will develop the capability to interpret trends, identify opportunities, and provide clear, actionable outputs to the senior leadership team.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who is keen to progress from reporting into insight and influence within a fast-paced, market-leading organisation.Key responsibilitiesProduce accurate, timely business performance reports across multiple functionsDevelop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management information packsAnalyse trends and variances, highlighting risks and opportunitiesWork closely with the Senior Biostatistician to develop analytical models and methodologiesTranslate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholdersSupport ad-hoc analysis

Requirements
