UX Designer

do: Own and drive the end-to-end user experience for Vivantio's SaaS platform Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive designs and workflows Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and UI component library Improve usability, accessibility and consistency across the platform Continuously iterate on designs through feedback, testing and data insights What you'll bring: 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with SaaS products Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design skills Experience with Figma or similar design tools Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScirpt) Bonus Points: Experience with B2B or Enterprise software (i.E. ITSM, CRM, workflow tools) Experience building or maintaining design systems Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (i.E.
