Job Role: Adobe Architect Location: Northampton, UKAbout the Job you are considering: We are seeking experienced Adobe Architect with strong expertise in Banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.Your Role: We are seeking an experienced Adobe Architect to design and implement scalable, secure and high performing solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud. The role involves defining architecture standards, ensuring integration with enterprise systems and driving digital transformation initiatives across customer facing platforms.Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe Marketing Cloud products Define technical standards, best practices and governance for Adobe-based implementations Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams to translate requirements into robust architectural designs Ensure seamless integration of Adobe solutions with enterprise systems, APIs and third-party platforms Provide technical leadership during implementation, performance tuning and troubleshooting Stay updated on Adobe product roadmap and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutionsYour Skills: Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture including templates, components, workflows and dispatcher configurations Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud Target, Analytics, Campaign and Audience Manager Proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi framework, Sling and RESTful APIs Experience in cloud deployment models AWS, Azure and containerization with Docker, Kubernetes Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and performance optimisation for Adobe platforms Familiarity with security standards, GDPR compliance and data privacy considerations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications Adobe Certified Expert AEM Architect or Developer Experience in financial services domain or large-scale enterprise environments Understanding of microservices architecture and API-led integrationsWe are a Disability Confident Employer: Capgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government's Disability Confident scheme.
