Engineers are encouraged to take ownership of features and services, contribute to architectural discussions and support the continuous improvement of engineering practices across the organisation. Responsibilities Design, build and deliver scalable software across backend and frontend systems Develop reliable and scalable APIs and services Build modern user interfaces using contemporary frontend frameworks Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to take ideas from concept to delivery Contribute to technical discussions around system design and architecture Ensure high quality code through testing, observability and monitoring Support and mentor other engineers across the team Contribute to engineering culture and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Approximately 7+ years of experience building production software Strong experience designing scalable APIs and backend services Experience working on SaaS or large scale product platforms Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud environments Experience working within Agile product teams Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams Technology Stack The engineering environment includes a modern cloud-native stack such as: Python TypeScript React AWS Kubernetes Kafka PostgreSQL DynamoDB Kinesis Engineers are not required to have experience in every technology listed, but should be comfortable learning and working across a modern distributed stack.
