Requirements

Python (5+ years) in a quantitative finance environmentExperience building

data pipelines, research platforms or ML workflowsStrong understanding of

statistics, linear models & model evaluation techniquesExperience with the

Python data stack

(NumPy, Pandas, etc.) and ML librariesFamiliarity with tools such as

PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Plotly, AltairExperience working with

large datasets and performance-sensitive systemsStrong problem-solving ability with attention to detailAbility to communicate complex technical ideas clearlyNice to have:Experience with

C++, Rust or CUDAExperience optimising or debugging
