We are a rapidly growing startup with a bold plan for the rapid rollout of multi-gigabit full-fibre broadband networks and services to communities across the UK.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications.Working closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams you will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business and customer requirements. Requirements

lifecycle from analysis to development, Proficiency in at least one programming language - Javascript, Python, PHPUnderstanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonusExperience with Wordpress and WooCommerce would be beneficialFamiliarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Devops etc.)Experience of Cloud infrastructures Azure or AWSWorking experience of API and REST API integrationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate development risks effectivelyExperience of development and integration of SAAS applications, Hubspot beneficial but not essentialKnowledge of geopandas, numpy, node or SQL is desirable but not essential Experience with GIT and Docker processes beneficial Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersPersonal Profile & Working ConditionsLocation: Candidates must be currently resident in the UK and with either UK citizenship or indefinite leave to remain.Candidates will:* Be self-starters, able to demonstrate enthusiasm, tenacity and the ability to prioritise tasks in a rapidly changing environment.* Be able to work effectively in a remote/hybrid working environment with minimal day-to-day supervision.* Be able to demonstrate the ability and willingness to work in a dynamic, rapidly growing organisation.* Be able to collaborate effectively across the organisation.
