It's a booming industry, and you'll be right at the heart of it.What you'll be doingSetting up and activating new IoT connections for our UK channel partners across multiple network platformsManaging changes and requests through internal and external portalsAccurately inputting data into network and billing systemsCommunicating with partners and customers by phone and email, providing great service day to dayWorking with our billing team to make sure products and tariffs are set up correctlyBuilding up your knowledge of Zest4's IoT product range so you become a genuine go-to for our partnersPitching in on wider business projects as your confidence growsWhat we're looking for You don't need a tech degree for this role.
