Chief Systems Engineer

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the design, build, and integration of sophisticated on-premise environments. This isn't a "business as usual" maintenance role; you will be executing against high-level technical roadmaps, taking ownership of project delivery from initial desktop OS builds to full-scale SAN storage refreshes. You will be tasked with hardening systems to elite standards, ensuring that every server, virtual machine, and network component is as secure as it is functional., * Design and deployment of Windows Server and Desktop environments using MDT and SCCM.

• Executing Windows Server OS and Active Directory domain migrations and version uplifts.
• Defining and troubleshooting complex Microsoft AD Group Policies.
• Implementing and configuring SAN storage and managing hypervisor suite uplifts (VMware).
• Hardening builds to meet NCSC standards and managing threat remediation through vulnerability scanning.
