Wholly owned and fully backed by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) , we lead the nationwide deployment of EV chargers and the electrical infrastructure upgrades that make clean, reliable mobility possible.As EV adoption accelerates, we are expanding our team and looking for driven, detail-oriented engineers who want to work on projects that truly matter.About the Role As Technical Manager, EV Infrastructure Development , you will support the execution of electrical infrastructure upgrades-such as substations and consumer switch rooms-that power Singapore's growing EV charging network.You will work closely with contractors, partner agencies, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on site work, stakeholder coordination, and seeing complex infrastructure projects through from planning to completion.What You Will Do Project & Site Execution Support electrical infrastructure upgrade works from tender and evaluation through construction and post-completionManage site progress and supervise contractor performanceConduct and support site assessments to ensure readiness and complianceEnsure projects are delivered on schedule and within approved budgetsStakeholder & Agency Coordination Coordinate with partner agencies and stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementationOrganize stakeholder meetings and proactively resolve site or coordination issuesEnsure works are properly sequenced and de-conflicted to minimize disruptionTeam & Operational Support Support day-to-day operational and administrative functions within the teamLead or support ad-hoc projects and improvement initiativesEnsure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and on timeWhy This Role Is Challenging & Rewarding Managing multiple contractors and stakeholders across live sitesBalancing technical requirements, timelines, and operational constraintsApplying initiative and creativity to streamline processes and solve on-site challengesContributing directly to infrastructure that supports Singapore's sustainability goalsYou will be expected to demonstrate: Business Awareness & Execution - Align technical work with organizational and national objectivesInnovation & Problem Solving - Identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomesEvidence-Based Decision Making - Analyze information and make sound engineering recommendationsCollaboration & Team Support - Work effectively with colleagues and support collective successStakeholder Engagement - Build trust and communicate, A key infrastructure organization in Penarth is seeking a driven Technical Manager for EV Infrastructure Development.
