Dynamics Platform Engineering Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Technical Dynamics Platform Engineering Manager to join our software delivery team. In this principal role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of engineers, actively contributing to the team's delivery while shaping its strategic direction.

You will play a key role in driving successful outcomes, identifying opportunities to standardise practices across adjacent teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-value software to our customers. Your strong people management capabilities will support the growth and development of your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll be doing

Applying strong software testing principles to ensure robust and reliable code quality

Implementing CI/CD pipelines and release strategies to streamline and automate software delivery

Adopting Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to support iterative and collaborative development

Contributing technically within development teams by building maintainable features and solving complex challenges

Providing constructive feedback through effective code reviews to enhance team performance and code standards

Mentoring and coaching engineers to support their professional growth and foster a collaborative team culture

Strong understanding of software testing principles and their application in modern development environments

Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated release strategies to support efficient and reliable software delivery
