THE ROLEThe Digital Content Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of the digital content calendar for TK Maxx.com. In this role, you will contribute to delivering the digital trading and brand plans through the development, build and execution of all content across our transactional European sites and apps. Working alongside the Content Officers and Content Manager, this role partners closely with Brand and Marketing and the Online Trading team, to ensure all content aligns with omnichannel and brand priorities, and delivers to both sales and traffic plans.
WHAT YOU'LL DODigital Content PlanningSupport the implementation of the digital and SEO content plans across all European sites, banners and devicesHelp plan, brief and deliver content across websites and apps, ensuring alignment with trading, brand and omnichannel prioritiesWork with Online Trading to translate the trading calendar into weekly content plans (Homepage, PLPs, CLPs, cross sell modules)Partner with SEO teams and agencies to support SEO content delivery and best practice across European marketsSupport content planning for brand and static pages (Careers, Store Locator, Gift Cards, Customer Services and more)Use data, insight and testing (including A/B testing) to optimise content performance and improve customer conversion
CMS Management & OptimisationSupport the build and management of product, brand and static content across websites and appsBrief digital assets into Creative teams and ensure timely, accurate content deliveryWork with Content and Optimisation teams to support personalisation and testing initiativesHelp maintain and evolve the CMS roadmap in partnership with Digital Product DevelopmentIdentify and elevate website defects, partnering with Digital IT Operations to resolve issues quicklySupport CMS training and ongoing guidance for wider business users

WHAT YOU'LL BRINGExperience of working with content management systems (CMS) in a digital environmentHTML experience (beginner/intermediate)Experience of working within the Hybris Ecommerce platformKnowledge of SEO principals and best practiceStrong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesExcellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload and re-prioritise across tasks as required by the teamExcellent influencing, relationship building and communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively; work well with a team and have a pro-active, 'can-do' attitudeEnthusiastic, with a passion for the work, building relationships and our organisationStrong customer facing approachAbility to use insight and evaluate website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to improve website contentResults-orientatedGerman speaking advantageous
