Job description

Our ambition? To move beyond simply being "consumers" of our MDM and become true innovators. We are seeking Level 3 Mobility expertise to professionalize our product, anticipate needs, structure our operations, and ensure a seamless user experience across the field (employees, stores, logistics).

Daily tasks: Time will be divided between Build, to transform our product, and Run, to guarantee its stability.

Build & Innovation

Master and challenge Workspace ONE (WS1): Proactively propose ways to optimize our tenant, automate where possible, and implement new features.

Manage the native ecosystem: Administer and optimize Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Android Enterprise (Zero-Touch).

Specific hardware expertise: Manage advanced configurations of our ruggedized fleet, particularly via Zebra StageNow.

Workload management (Agile) : Be autonomous in managing your backlog on Jira (User Stories, tasks, bugs) and understand the importance of backlog animation to master the ability to do squad work.

Level 3 Support & Transmission

Last-level (Level 3) support : Resolve major and complex incidents related to mobility (iOS, Android, ruggedized devices).

Documentation & Training (Essential) : Write and maintain up-to-date documentation on Confluence (this is a strict prerequisite) and create knowledge bases (KB).

Support Empowerment : Mentor, train, and develop the skills of Level 1 and 2 support staff to delegate as many operational tasks as possible and free up your time for innovation.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Workspace ONE (UEM) and mobile ecosystems (Android Enterprise, iOS, ABM, Zero-Touch). Experience managing large fleets and ideally ruggedized devices (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.). Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Meticulous documentation is second nature.

Analytical skills, but above all, the ability to synthesize and explain complex information clearly.

A "Product" mindset: focused on innovation and proposing solutions rather than reacting to incidents.
