Job description
As a Helpdesk Administrator within a hospital setting, you will be the first point of contact for internal staff, ensuring that requests, issues, and queries are handled efficiently and professionally., * Logging and managing helpdesk requests via phone and email
- Coordinating maintenance and facilities tasks across the hospital
- Liaising with contractors, engineers, and internal departments
- Prioritising urgent issues in a healthcare environment
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Delivering excellent customer service to hospital staff and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, administration, or customer service role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Good IT skills (email, databases, job logging systems)
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Reliability and flexibility to work assigned shifts
Experience in a healthcare or facilities environment is desirable but not essential.
