Job description

As a Helpdesk Administrator within a hospital setting, you will be the first point of contact for internal staff, ensuring that requests, issues, and queries are handled efficiently and professionally., * Logging and managing helpdesk requests via phone and email

  • Coordinating maintenance and facilities tasks across the hospital
  • Liaising with contractors, engineers, and internal departments
  • Prioritising urgent issues in a healthcare environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Delivering excellent customer service to hospital staff and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk, administration, or customer service role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Good IT skills (email, databases, job logging systems)
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Reliability and flexibility to work assigned shifts

Experience in a healthcare or facilities environment is desirable but not essential.
