E-commerce Executive - Listings

The E-commerce Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the company's online sales channels. The primary focus of the role is creating, managing, and maintaining product listings across multiple Shopify stores, ensuring products are accurately presented, well structured, and optimised for sale.

Roles and responsibilities:

Product Listings & Catalogue Management

• Create and maintain product listings across multiple Shopify websites.
• Upload and manage product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
• Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and aligned across all websites.
• Maintain product categorisation, attributes, and filters to improve website navigation and search performance.

Website Management

• Update product information, pricing, and stock status where required.
• Conduct regular website checks to ensure product listings and content remain accurate and functional.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Support the monitoring of key ecommerce metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Assist with preparing reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and Excel.
• Identify opportunities to improve product listings and overall site performance.

• 1-3 years' experience in an e-commerce, digital, or online retail environment (graduates with relevant experience considered).
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing product data and listings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
