This role will report to the Global Privacy & AI Officer as part of our compliance group.
The role is remote and must cross-over at least partially with European timezones.
The opportunity
Act as a senior point of escalation for complex data subject rights requests, including access and deletion requests, Do Not Sell / Share requests, opt-outs, rights to explanation, and broader privacy inquiries, delivering high-quality, compliant outcomes in complex or high-risk scenarios
Take ownership of key components of our technology integration initiatives, including the development and of AI-driven solutions and prompt engineering techniques, to strengthen and scale our privacy operations.
Lead the development of operational controls that strengthen privacy program effectiveness, including preventative, detective, and corrective mechanisms such as automated SLA monitoring and scalable data subject rights response processes.
Advise business stakeholders on practical, risk-based privacy considerations and support the drafting and review of Privacy Impact Assessments.
Contribute to the coordination of regulatory inquiry responses and the management of data subject complaints, ensuring consistent, well-governed, and defensible outcomes.
Review due diligence responses from data processors and other third-party service providers to assess privacy risks and ensure alignment with our privacy and data protection standards.
Support the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and response templates governing inquiries relating to client data and our data protection practices.
Maintain and continuously improve the privacy program's documentation framework, including Privacy Impact Assessments, Records of Processing Activities, and internal privacy guidance.

The role requires the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while effectively networking across teams to drive alignment and progress.
You will be highly process-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale operational frameworks in complex environments.
Success in this role requires the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple competing priorities, balancing strategic perspective with hands-on execution. A strong sense of ownership, integrity, and a drive to deliver outcomes are essential., 3+ years of experience in privacy operations or a similar operational privacy role, including advising on data subject rights and developing scalable processes to support privacy program delivery.
Experience working within a privacy or data protection function in a technology or financial services environment, supporting cross-functional stakeholders in complex, regulated settings.
Strong working knowledge of the GDPR and familiarity with other key privacy frameworks (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA), with the ability to apply regulatory requirements in practical operational contexts.
Demonstrated ability to design and maintain dashboards, metrics, and operational trackers that surface key insights and support visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making.
Experience with well-known knowledge base, task tracking, or data visualization tools to support scalable operational workflows.
Experience developing or improving policies, procedures, and operational documentation to support compliance with external regulatory or compliance frameworks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex privacy concepts into clear, practical guidance for business stakeholders.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Highly process-oriented, with demonstrated ability to design, document, and scale operational workflows.
Comfort leveraging modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows, to improve operational efficiency and scale privacy operations.
Nice-to-haves
Academic background in law, computer science, information systems, or a related field, particularly where it supports privacy governance, data systems, or privacy engineering.
Experience engaging with regulators, auditors, or external compliance reviews, including supporting regulatory inquiries or examinations.
Professional privacy certifications such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, or equivalent.
Experience working with operational and privacy tooling, such as knowledge management systems, ticketing platforms, and privacy program management software (e.g., Slack, Zendesk, Jira, OneTrust, or similar).
Technical fluency with data systems or automation, including familiarity with APIs, AI-enabled workflows, or scripting used to scale operational processes.
