DevOps Engineer

You're approachable, and you naturally involve people in your work., * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Platform Engineer

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent professional level) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Cloud expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS), preferbly with exposure to both.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure models (IaaS, PaaS, containers, managed services) and how these support digital infrastructure strategies.
• Cloud networking & security:

• Solid understandingof cloud networking concepts such as VNet/VPC design, peering, private endpoints, load balancing, VPN, and hybrid connectivity.
• Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) in Azure and/or AWS: roles, policies, RBAC, service principals, and least-privilege design.
• Familiarity with security governance, policy enforcement, and compliance controls ( Azure Policy, AWS Organizations, or similar).

• Experience with firewalls, network security groups, and Zero Trust or landing zone architectures is a plus.
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
• Comfortable using automation to provision, manage, and scale environments across Azure or AWS.
• Containerization and cloud-native Workloads: Experience deploying and managing workloads on kubernetes (AKS or EKS) and working with Docker or other containerization platforms.
• CI/CD & Automation: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins for build, release, and deployment automation.
• Observability: Experiencewith observabilityand logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or native cloud monitoring stacks (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
• Governance & Account Management: Understanding of subscription/account structures, resource hierarchies, and cost management practices in Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience implementing tagging, cost allocation, and operational governance frameworks.
• Collaboration & Soft Skills:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional environments.
• Curious, pragmatic, and eager to continuously improve processes, automation, and delivery.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / Architect, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
