IT Support & Video Editing

This is a varied and hands-on role combining IT support with creative assistance. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our IT systems across multiple offices, while also supporting our videographer with editing property marketing content.

The role is primarily based in Los Dolses, but will require travel to other offices when needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support

• Provide first-line IT support to staff across multiple offices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up and maintain computers, phones, and office equipment
• Manage user accounts, emails, and system access
• Assist with onboarding new staff from an IT perspective
• Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently

Video & Media Support

• Assist the videographer with editing property videos
• Organise and manage digital media files
• Support with basic content preparation for marketing use
• Ensure videos are delivered in the correct formats and on time

General

• Travel between offices when required to resolve IT issues
• Work collaboratively with different departments
• Maintain clear documentation of IT processes and fixes

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
• Basic knowledge of networks, systems, and common business tools
• Experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Fluent in English (Spanish is highly desirable)
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between offices
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
