Job description

This is primarily an office-based role, delivering remote support to customers, with occasional onsite visits when required.

You will:

  • Take full ownership of support tickets from start to finish
  • Work within a structured MSP environment using modern tools
  • Deliver fast, high-quality support to business customers
  • Support a mix of IT, networking, and VoIP environments, * Provide remote IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows desktops, servers, and Microsoft 365
  • Manage and prioritise tickets within HaloPSA
  • Monitor and maintain systems using NinjaOne
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users
  • Configure and support:
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
  • User accounts, permissions, and security policies
  • Endpoint devices
  • Support and troubleshoot:
  • Networks (routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs)
  • VoIP / hosted telephony systems (SIP, handsets, call issues)
  • Work with:
  • Endpoint security (SentinelOne + Huntress)
  • Backup solutions (Acronis)
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Hudu
  • Carry out onsite visits when required
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

We're particularly interested in engineers with MSP experience and familiarity with:

  • RMM platforms (e.g. NinjaOne or similar)
  • PSA systems (e.g. HaloPSA or similar)
  • Documentation tools (e.g. IT Glue / Hudu)
  • Endpoint security / EDR tools
  • Backup platforms
  • Exposure to VoIP / hosted telephony systems
  • Basic Linux knowledge (desirable)

Experience with similar tools is absolutely fine., * 2+ years IT support experience (MSP preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge
  • Solid networking fundamentals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator (phone + customer-facing)
  • Proactive, self-sufficient mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
