Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to join a salesforce team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and optimising our Salesforce ecosystem, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).

You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and commercial growth., * Design, configure, and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into technical specifications
Build and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, process automation, and reports/dashboards
Support CPQ configuration including product rules, pricing logic, approvals, and quote templates
Configure and optimise Pardot campaigns, automation rules, scoring/grading models, and integrations
Develop Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and integrations where required
Manage data integrity, migrations, and system integrations with third-party platforms
Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practice, governance, and security standards
Support release management, testing, and documentation processes

Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant or Salesforce Developer
Strong hands-on experience with:

Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Salesforce CPQ
Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modelling
Experience with Apex
Experience working in Agile project environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, or equivalent) are desirable
