Job description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Desktop Support specialist located in 28307 Bremen, Germany. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop systems, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring network security, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves collaborating with teams to support day-to-day IT operations and addressing user queries while maintaining system efficiency.
Requirements
Required Experience: 2 to 3 years in desktop support

Language Requirements: German B2 minimum, English B2 minimum
Requirement: Valid work permit for full-time employment in Germany, * Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Excellent Customer Service skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with IT support tools and technologies, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
- Background in providing hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment
- Fluency in English and German is advantageous
