Job description

Digital Customer Interactions & Sales focuses on creating outstanding digital interactions for our customers and enabling digital sales for our business units. This includes responsibility for our group website dhl.com, where we manage content authoring, technical platform development, and constantly evolve the most important customer journeys. We use digital analytics and CX/UX research to continuously enhance our digital offering. With dedicated search engine strategies, we improve the visibility of our brand. In addition, we are responsible for the coordinated management of key technology partners.

As a Manager Digital Analytics & Reporting, you drive data-informed decision-making across DHL's digital ecosystem. You are part of a team that delivers impactful insights, robust tracking, and high-quality reporting, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics and dhl.com. You create dashboards and analyses, implement scalable tracking, and help develop proactive alerting and experimentation capabilities. In this role, you also contribute to future-oriented topics such as customer journey analytics, Microsoft Fabric integration, and reporting standards & excellence.

What's your role:

  • You deliver impactful insights through workspace dashboards and analyses to support business decision-making on both an ad hoc and project basis.
  • You conceptualize and deploy alerting triggers as well as proactive analytical approaches to identify relevant developments and support timely action.
  • You implement and maintain tracking across multiple digital properties, with dhl.com at the core, using tag management.
  • You help further advance the proprietary Unified Tracking Framework (UTF) to ensure consistency and quality across digital measurement.
  • You support experimentation methods such as A/B testing with Adobe Target and Medallia DXA to help improve digital performance and customer experience.
  • You collaborate closely with the Lead Data Architect on next-generation topics, such as meaningful data ingestion into Microsoft Fabric and the exploration of Customer Journey Analytics.
  • You take on additional responsibility with dedicated ownership of a key team topic, such as overall reporting standards and excellence.
  • You ideally apply and further develop skills in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Platform, and Power BI to enable scalable reporting, process automation, and business collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bring 7+ years of relevant professional experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or digital performance reporting, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
  • Have profound hands-on experience with web analytics tools and implementations, ideally with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with comparable platforms such as Google Analytics is also acceptable, provided you show a clear ability and willingness to transition quickly to Adobe Analytics.
  • Bring understanding of and/or interest in tag management solutions, such as Adobe Launch.
  • Have a strong understanding of how websites are run from a technical perspective, including areas such as IT infrastructure, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ideally also bring skills in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Platform, and Power BI to support scalable reporting, process automation, and business collaboration.
  • Bring experience as a practice lead or with ownership of a dedicated expertise area within a team.
  • Work independently with a very high level of accuracy, reliability, and self-organization.
  • Show willingness and openness to learning, with the ability to quickly pick up new topics and manage a broad range of complex and detailed tasks.
  • Be a team player with an international mindset and excellent communication skills, enjoying collaboration with stakeholders from across the DHL Group.
