Job description
- Analyze gaming economy health and player behavior to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Partner with CRM teams to design, track, and analyze campaigns, building player segmentation models to maximize lifetime value
- Develop advanced Tableau and Looker dashboards plus automated reports for real-time player lifecycle visibility
- Translate data science models into actionable monetization solutions for leadership
- Validate features via A/B testing and statistical analysis to champion a testing culture
- Forecast impacts of gamification features on engagement and spend, then measure results
Requirements
- Gaming industry experience in BI/data analysis for monetization, gamification, or CRM analytics
- Proven support for CRM teams on reporting and lifecycle strategies
- Advanced SQL for large-scale data, plus Tableau, Looker, or Power BI visualization skills
- Knowledge of player behavior, virtual economies, and gamification mechanics
- Strong communication to deliver clear recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving for trends and data integrity
