Job description

In this role, you will work closely with our legal and business support teams to identify and deliver technology solutions that create measurable value for the firm by improving efficiency, reducing risk and delivering a first-class client service, * Identify and implement technology, AI and automation opportunities that improve legal workflows and productivity.

  • Translate business needs into simple, effective technology solutions aligned to how legal teams actually work.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365, Azure, and legal technologies to enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and efficiency.
  • Drive adoption and maximise value from existing systems and licences.
  • Lead delivery of technology initiatives from concept to rollout, ensuring clear business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, operations, and IT to design effective solutions.
  • Track and communicate impact, including efficiency gains, adoption, and risk reduction.

This role can be based at any of our Yorkshire offices on a hybrid basis. Travel to other offices will be required.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering IT or technology solutions, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills, including system configuration and testing.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership of delivery.

Desirable

  • Experience with workflow, automation, or intranet platforms (e.g. Power Platform).
  • Knowledge of information governance, cybersecurity, or risk.
  • Good knowledge of the legal technology landscape.
  • Familiarity with law firm environments.
  • Understanding of Agile, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies.
