Senior Fullstack Engineer

• Architect a New Suite: You will be pivotal in building a brand-new product suite that spans multiple internal products and companies, tackling challenges in scalability, reusability (Monorepo), and multi-tenancy.
• Own the Full Vertical: You won't just hand off APIs. You'll design resilient backend services (Node.js/Kotlin) and consume them in rich, AI-native UIs (Next.js/React).
• Build AI-Native Experiences: From backend agents using LangChain to streaming generative UIs with the Vercel AI SDK, you will bring AI into the core of the user experience.
• Drive Engineering Excellence: Your input on architecture is expected. You'll champion Domain-Driven Design (DDD), clean code, and performance optimization across the entire stack.

What you'll do

• Ship end-to-end features using TypeScript (Node.js/Next.js), while maintaining or integrating with services in Kotlin/Java. Craft modern frontends with React, Tailwind, and Vercel AI SDK, managing complex state with TanStack Query and Zustand.
• Engineer AI agents and workflows (LangChain, MCP) that integrate retrieval, memory, and tool use.
• Own your infrastructure: manage deployments using Terraform (IaC) on AWS/Kubernetes and handle Vercel configurations for the frontend.
• Obsess over quality: Maintain high confidence with Playwright (E2E) and Kotest/Jest/Vitest (Unit), and continuously tune performance (latency, Core Web Vitals).
• Leverage AI tooling (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development and share workflows with the team.

6+ years building production software.

• True Fullstack Fluency: Deep expertise in TypeScript (React/Node.js) is a must. Familiarity with Kotlin or Java is highly valued.
• Cloud Native: Proven experience running containerized workloads in AWS, Kubernetes, or serverless environments.
• Data Polyglot: Comfortable with both relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Architectural Eye: You understand DDD and distributed systems patterns, not just syntax.
• Communication: You communicate clearly in Spanish / English and thrive on feedback loops.

Nice-to-have superpowers

• Experience scaling Monorepos (Turborepo, Nx).
• Hands-on with AI coding assistants or agent frameworks (LangChain, Autogen).
• Experience with GitOps or MLOps pipelines.
