Senior Infrastructure & DevOps Consultant

• Provision of advanced IT infrastructure solutions based on industry standards and using the latest tools and methods.
• Leading a project team and promoting the DevOps culture, driving automation ideas, and supporting the vision of "Continuous Everything."
• Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Utilizing container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, as well as cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Developing and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions with tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensuring system availability and performance through effective monitoring and logging tools like NewRelic, ELK, and Splunk.
• Promoting a "fail-fast mentality" and inspiring the team with proof-of-concept approaches for innovative solution ideas.

• Completed degree or comparable education with a technical focus
• Consulting experience with the ability to propose and implement competitive and innovative technical solutions
• Extensive technical experience in IT infrastructure implementation, including system integration with Linux distributions (e.g., RedHat, SuSE Linux) and in the RedHat ecosystem (including RedHat Satellite, IDM)
• Knowledge in IaC Configuration Management (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes, Chef, Terraform), container technology, system deployment (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker), and scripting
• Experience in operating IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, and SaaS landscapes, preferably in AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and current operational frameworks (e.g., NewRelic, ELK, Splunk)
• Familiar with frameworks for software development and test automation
• Open-mindedness, customer orientation, and the ability to enjoy working in an international environment
