Our SAP Delivery TEAM is looking for an Engineering Manager (f/m/d) based in Lille or Paris. At the heart of "Value Chain Tech," our team is the engine behind the reliability of Decathlon's global flows. Our challenge for the coming year? Industrializing our release processes and accelerating test automation to support our ERP's global transformation. Between dynamic daily stands and collaborative workshops, you will join a passionate team that puts operational excellence at the service of sport. YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION You will be responsible for continuously improving the team (approx. 10-15 internal and partner members) by defining the vision and technical roadmap for SAP Delivery. Your scope includes:

Development Leadership: Managing the internal developer team and steering the performance of an external competence center to ensure sustainable and high-performing code.

Testing Strategy: Leading the automated testing strategy and securing critical SAP version upgrades to ensure global business continuity.

Transport & Release Management: Overseeing the SAP Transport cycle to ensure smooth and secure production deployments.

Accessibility & Data: Making technical and delivery performance data accessible to everyone to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
TECHNICAL STACK

SAP ECC & S/4HANA environments

ABAP, Fiori, SAP BTP

Test Automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or native SAP tools)

Solution Manager / Focused Build / SAP Cloud ALM

CI/CD approaches applied to the SAP ecosystem
Requirements
Your past experiences have allowed you to develop an interest in cloud-related issues (SAP BTP) and to consolidate your knowledge in software development (architecture, design patterns, code) and ERP lifecycle management. You have solid experience in technical team management or steering external service providers. You are recognized for your ability to transform complex processes into simple, automated solutions while keeping people at the heart of your decisions.
