Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application & Data Engineer with strong experience in data analytics, CRM platforms, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data migration, cloud technologies, and building scalable data solutions. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines and application integrations across multiple platforms., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and application integrations

  • Lead and execute CRM migrations (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) including data mapping, transformation, and validation
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance
  • Build and maintain data warehouses and data models for analytics and reporting
  • Develop backend services and integrations using Java and JavaScript (Node.js)
  • Work with Azure cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Data Lake, etc.)
  • Design and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations
  • Implement and manage integrations using tools such as Jitterbit or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, analytics, and IT) to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security across systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Data engineering / application engineering
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database design (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Implementations like:
  • Zoho CRM
  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Proven experience in CRM data migration projects
  • Experience with Azure cloud ecosystem
  • Strong programming skills in:
  • Java
  • JavaScript / Node.js
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT, star schema, etc.)
  • Experience with API integration and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with integration platforms like Jitterbit, MuleSoft, or similar
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
  • Certifications in Azure or CRM platforms are a plus
