Job description
We're looking for a skilled and curious Data Analyst with a passion for data storytelling, strong analytical skills, and an interest in AI techniques. You will work collaboratively across the business to analyse complex datasets, build insightful reports, and support data-driven decision making.
In this role, you'll contribute to improving automation, validating data quality, and championing the adoption of best practices across analytics and reporting. You will act as an integral member of the team, helping to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-quality data insights are delivered across the organisation., * Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and automation are embedded throughout analytical processes.
- Support the creation of robust and scalable data pipelines and analytical models.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in building AI-powered analytical solutions and interpret results within a business context.
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a data analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in applied AI techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI workflows, and AI coding tools such as Claude Code, with enthusiasm for applying these to real-world analytical challenges.
