Job description

As an Associate Consultant, you will:

  • Support the delivery of Microsoft security, compliance, identity, and endpoint management solutions under guidance from senior consultants. For example: Entra, Defender, Purview, Intune, Azure, Copilot, and Active Directory.
  • Assist with customer engagements, including discovery sessions, documentation, demonstrations, and implementation.
  • Contribute to security reviews, basic assessments, and gap analyses.
  • Help prepare materials such as presentations, reports, and technical notes.
  • Learn to evaluate and advise on Microsoft security tools, gradually taking on more client-facing work as you develop.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues on internal projects, tooling, service improvements, and knowledge sharing.

You will not be expected to lead engagements immediately, but we will coach you toward that during the introductory period.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Threatscape's Microsoft Security Practice is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Consultant who is eager to learn, motivated to develop their technical skills, and confident communicating with both clients and colleagues. You'll work closely with our experienced consultants, including five Microsoft MVPs, while building a strong foundation in Microsoft Security technologies.

This role is ideal for someone with early professional experience in IT or security (1-3 years), who has a good grasp of Microsoft technologies and a strong desire to grow into a worldclass security consultant.

Above all, we value people who have high agency, contagious enthusiasm, communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating, are curious, proactive learners, and show professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote-first role is key., * 1-3 years' experience in a technical or IT role (helpdesk, support, systems admin, cloud, networking, or security).

  • A solid understanding, or hands on familiarity, with some Microsoft technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working directly with people.
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity, a willingness to continuously learn, ambitions to contribute to the cybersecurity community and our company's growth, and an incredible degree of agency and enthusiasm.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
