Full Stack Web Developer

We're looking for a front-end focused full stack developer who cares deeply about how products look, feel, and perform.

This isn't a typical backend-heavy engineering role. We want someone who sits at the intersection of development, design, UX, and conversion performance, someone who can take a concept and turn it into a pixel-perfect, high-performing digital experience.

Results You'll Be Responsible For

• Building pixel-perfect, high-quality front-end experiences
• Creating fast, responsive, and accessible interfaces
• Improving UX and user flows to support conversion and engagement
• Delivering technically robust web platforms across front-end and back-end systems
• Maintaining high standards for performance, SEO, and scalability

What You'll DoFront-End Development (Primary Focus)

Design and build exceptional user interfaces using modern frameworks.

• Build pixel-perfect interfaces from designs or concepts
• Develop responsive layouts using React, Next.js, and Tailwind
• Implement design systems and reusable UI components
• Ensure consistency across devices, browsers, and screen sizes
• Improve UX through thoughtful interaction design and micro-details
• Optimise for speed, accessibility, and performance
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve conversion flows

You should care about things like:

UX & Product Thinking

This role goes beyond writing code.

You'll contribute to improving how products work.

• Identify UX issues and suggest improvements
• Think about user journeys and conversion paths
• Improve landing pages, forms, and product flows
• Help translate business goals into user-focused experiences

Back-End Development

While front-end is the main focus, you'll still operate as a full stack developer.

• Build server-side functionality using PHP and Laravel
• Develop and maintain APIs
• Work with MySQL databases
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable

Performance & Optimisation

• Improve page speed and frontend performance
• Reduce layout shifts and rendering issues
• Ensure strong Core Web Vitals
• Maintain high technical SEO standards

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Understands why a UX flow converts or fails

• Can build beautiful interfaces without relying on designers to solve every detail
• Still has the backend skills to ship complete features

If you enjoy crafting polished interfaces, obsessing over user experience, and shipping production-ready systems end-to-end, this role will suit you., * Strong experience with React.js

• Experience building applications with Next.js
• Advanced knowledge of modern CSS and Tailwind
• Strong front-end development ability (layout, responsiveness, UI detail)
• Experience with PHP and Laravel
• Good understanding of REST APIs
• Experience working with MySQL

Front-End & UX Capability

You must demonstrate strong ability in:

• Pixel-perfect front-end implementation
• Responsive design
• Interaction design
• UI consistency
• Attention to visual detail

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Design systems
• CRO and landing page optimisation

• accessibility and usability standards

Development Practices

• Clean, maintainable code
• Version control with Git

Experience

• 3+ years experience building modern web applications
• Strong portfolio of front-end work
