- Provide support to clients via email and telephone
- Investigate technical issues and liaise with the development team when required
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Assist in the production and maintenance of HTML-based report templates

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a software support role, with
knowledge of HTML and SQL. However, full in-house training will be provided, so a
willingness to learn is just as important.
You should also be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to work through problems independently and support others when required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your existing skillset
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Eligibility to work in the UK, Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- HTML: 2 years (preferred)
