  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within client systems
  • Provide support to clients via email and telephone
  • Investigate technical issues and liaise with the development team when required
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Assist in the production and maintenance of HTML-based report templates

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a software support role, with

knowledge of HTML and SQL. However, full in-house training will be provided, so a

willingness to learn is just as important.

You should also be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to work through problems independently and support others when required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop your existing skillset
  • Good time management with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Eligibility to work in the UK, Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • HTML: 2 years (preferred)
