ERP and IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an ERP and IT Support Specialist to help implement and develop our new Odoo.sh platform while also providing 2nd line IT support as part of a small, friendly IT team.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you will work directly with business departments to understand processes, help shape the new ERP system, and support users across the organisation.

About the Role

• Help implement the new Odoo.sh ERP platform across the business
• Work with business units on process discovery and requirements gathering
• Translate business workflows into ERP solutions
• Support departments through testing and rollout of new functionality
• Develop and customise ERP modules and integrations
• Provide 2nd line IT support to approximately 120 users
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and Server 2022 environments
• Troubleshoot networking and end-user application issues

• Experience developing within an ERP environment (Odoo preferred)
• Experience working with business users to understand processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience providing IT support to users
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Skills

• Odoo / Odoo.sh experience
• Python development
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Azure experience
• Windows Server administration
• Networking knowledge, * ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
• IT support: 1 year (preferred)
