Lead Embedded Software Engineer

This innovative technology company is developing next-generation sensing and display solutions, working at the cutting edge of embedded systems, firmware and algorithm development. The team are now looking for a Lead Embedded Software Engineer to take ownership of a small sub-team, driving delivery across embedded software and firmware projects. You'll act as a hands-on technical leader, contributing to development while mentoring engineers and guiding project delivery across cross-functional teams. For this Lead Embedded Software Engineer role, we are looking for someone with

• Proficiency in Python for tooling, scripting or algorithm development
• Commercial experience leading projects, teams or mentoring engineers
• Ability to drive delivery across the full software development lifecycle
• Experience working within a semiconductor or chip environment is advantageous
• Ideally, exposure to DSP, sensing technologies or algorithm development
