The role You'll be part of a multinational IT team with presence across several regions, acting as the go-to technical reference for users in the Madrid area while also providing remote support to other locations. You'll have real autonomy to manage your area, backed by the regional team, with concrete opportunities to grow your career within the organization. This is not your typical helpdesk position. You'll be involved in network infrastructure, servers, improvement projects, and end user training - with enough variety to make sure no two days look the same. Based in Coslada, Madrid, with occasional international travel (up to 20% of the time).

What you'll do
- Be the IT point of contact for users across the region - onsite, remote, and for users in other locations.
- Manage incidents and service requests, making sure nothing goes unresolved or risks breaching SLA.
- Provide friendly hands support to specialist teams covering network, server, and telephony infrastructure.
- Manage mobile devices and tablets, and coordinate hardware and software procurement.
- Deliver IT training and workshops to end users.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and regional IT initiatives.
- Keep technical documentation and asset inventory up to date., * A place in a multinational IT team you'll collaborate with on a daily basis.

Requirements
- Proven experience in end user IT support.
- ITIL certification (or actively working towards it).
- Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, routing, switching.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus.
- University degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Valid driver's license for light vehicles.
- Availability for occasional international travel.
