Job description
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for establishing and embedding strong Scrum Master practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and senior leaders to support our product-centric operating model and ensure Agile teams are empowered to deliver value end-to-end., This is a senior, strategic role with real impact: once the foundations are in place, you will help scale Agile ways of working across the organisation, with the potential to mentor and lead a community-or team-of Scrum Masters. You will act as an Agile thought leader, balancing pragmatic delivery with coaching, data-driven insights, and cultural change.

- Act as a senior Agile leader, supporting and evolving the organisation's Agile delivery framework
- Coach, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and Agile teams, promoting high standards of facilitation and delivery
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to enable effective, outcome-driven execution
- Remove systemic impediments and optimise delivery flow across multiple teams
- Drive consistency and alignment of Agile practices while remaining flexible to team needs
- Use quantitative and qualitative metrics (predictability, throughput, quality, flow) to inform continuous improvement
- Champion a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, experimentation, and learning
- Facilitate team-level and organisational-level retrospectives and improvement initiatives
- Build and nurture a Scrum Master community of practice and contribute to Agile capability development
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach , with leadership and people-management experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and how to apply them pragmatically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated experience coaching teams toward high-quality, continuous delivery
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for outcome-driven delivery
- Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g. PSM III, SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Coach, CSP-SM, facilitation certifications)
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management is a plus
