Job description
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Operations Team. This role is key to maintaining the smooth running of our IT environment, delivering high-quality user support, and supporting a secure, reliable infrastructure., * Provide 1st Line technical support to customers and internal users

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Install and configure IoT equipment (e.g. routers, PoE cameras)

Support and train end users, creating clear documentation where required

Assist in maintaining and securing IT systems

Ensure equipment meets quality standards before deployment

Collaborate with the IT team on escalations and projects

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices

Support continuous improvement and ad hoc IT tasks
Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive, with a willingness to learn and develop
Desirable:

IT-related qualification or certification

Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and applications

Previous experience in a customer facing IT support role
Previous experience is not always necessary (as full training will be given), however, the ability to integrate within our current close-knit team is paramount.
