Test Lead

As the organisation modernises its' operations and adopts a product-led approach, the business is increasing its' reliance on SaaS platforms, ERP systems and cloud solutions to drive efficiency, improve operational workflows and enhance customer experiences. We have brand new opportunity for a Test Lead who will be responsible for stablishing and delivering the test strategy for the business. This includes leading both manual and automated testing efforts, focusing on Saas platforms, ERP systems and other applications. The successful candidate will define testing standards, introduce best practices and mentor future QA talent.

What You'll Be Doing

• Establish and own the test strategy, frameworks and processes across the business, develop and maintain test plans, cases and scripts for SaaS and ERP.
• Execute and coordinate manual testing for functional, regression and integration scenarios, and design, implement and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate frameworks and tools
• Work closely with the Product Owner and the IT Teams to understand requirements
• Introduce QA best practices, proves improvements and test automation frameworks.
• Coach and mento any future QA team members helping to build a high-performing QA function

• Proven experience as a Test Lead, QA Lead or Senior QA Testing Tools & Automation with experience of integrating automated tests into Agile delivery pipelines. (Experience in Selenium, Cypress, UFT or similar)
• Strong manual and automation testing skills with experience testing SaaS platforms and ERP applications
• Solid understand of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
