IT Administrator (ERP & Product Data)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to take ownership of product data across ERP and eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all systems., * Maintain and update product data across ERP and website platforms

• Ensure product pricing, specifications, and descriptions are accurate
• Upload and manage product images and content
• Add new products accurately across systems
• Archive or remove discontinued products
• Ensure consistency between ERP and eCommerce platforms
• Manage bulk uploads via Excel, imports, and system tools
• Maintain and improve data import templates and workflows
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
• Act as a key contact for product data queries across teams
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and workflows
• Support general IT administration (e.g. troubleshooting hardware issues)

• Experience with ERP systems and/or eCommerce platforms
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience handling large volumes of data
• Good Excel skills (data manipulation, imports, spreadsheets)
• Strong organisation and time management

Desirable Skills

• Magento experience (highly desirable)
• Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• Product Information Management (PIM) systems
• SQL Server knowledge
• Basic IT support or networking knowledge
• Understanding of SEO-friendly product content
