Job description

As a Service Desk coordinator, you will play a key role in our busy service desk, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of engineers' schedules, responding to client queries, and maintaining excellent service delivery standards., * Coordinate daily schedules, materials and appointments for our field service engineers

  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule planned maintenance and prioritise emergency callouts efficiently
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure job completion and accurate reporting
  • Maintain and update the service management system with job details
  • Support with administrative tasks related to compliance, invoicing and documentation
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication

Requirements

  • Proven 2 year minimum experience in a scheduling, service desk, or administrative coordination role (fire protection or facilities management experience desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service abilities
  • Proficient with office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools, CRM systems is desirable)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • A positive attitude and a team player mindset
  • Strong prioritisation and problem solving skills
