Job description
As a Service Desk coordinator, you will play a key role in our busy service desk, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of engineers' schedules, responding to client queries, and maintaining excellent service delivery standards., * Coordinate daily schedules, materials and appointments for our field service engineers
- Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule planned maintenance and prioritise emergency callouts efficiently
- Liaise with engineers to ensure job completion and accurate reporting
- Maintain and update the service management system with job details
- Support with administrative tasks related to compliance, invoicing and documentation
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication
Requirements
- Proven 2 year minimum experience in a scheduling, service desk, or administrative coordination role (fire protection or facilities management experience desirable)
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Confident communicator with strong customer service abilities
- Proficient with office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools, CRM systems is desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- A positive attitude and a team player mindset
- Strong prioritisation and problem solving skills
