Lead Developer

• Entwurf, Weiterentwicklung und Gesamtverantwortung für resiliente, skalierbare System- und Integrationsarchitekturen im Data-Umfeld
• Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in robuste Architekturkonzepte und technische Spezifikationen
• Design und Implementierung von API-first- sowie eventgetriebenen Architekturen unter Einsatz etablierter Integrationsmuster (REST, Messaging, Event Driven)
• Fachliche Führung und Steuerung interner und externer Entwicklungsteams inkl. Mentoring und Förderung technischer Exzellenz
• Verantwortung für Softwarequalität, CI/CD-Pipelines sowie die kontinuierliche Bewertung und Integration neuer Technologien

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Enterprise-Softwareentwicklung mit architektonischem Schwerpunkt
• Tiefe technische Expertise in Java, SQL und Python sowie Erfahrung mit modernen Daten- und Integrationsarchitekturen
• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools (z. B. GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) und Cloud-Plattformen (Azure, AWS oder GCP)
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Master Data Management, Datenmodellierung, Data Governance und API-Management
• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
