Organization Report to the Team Leader (TL) of your squad Join a feature squad of 1 TL, 1 PM, 1 QA, 2 backend developers Work closely with Sylvain (CTO), Axel and Simon (intermediate frontend developers), Alice (Product Designer) Missions You will join an experienced product & engineering team of 20 people as a Senior/Lead Frontend Developer. Your main mission is to accelerate our frontend delivery by keeping the team well-equipped, working closely with our CTO on key technical objectives. You will also invest in the people around you to raise the level of frontend engineering and grow the team's skills., Own the Design System - Build and maintain the shared component library that keeps engineers and AI agents moving fast. Define and drive the frontend strategy - Define a 12-month roadmap, map technical debt, and align with product and backend teams. Set the technical bar - Own the tooling, coding patterns, and testing practices across the frontend codebase. Grow frontend coverage and quality - Increase test coverage on critical paths and improve performance, reliability, and UX consistency. Mentor and elevate the team - Support engineers through code reviews and pairing, and be the go-to on hard technical problems.
Requirements
Experience with framework migrating and maintaining a large React codebase without starting from scratch Experience with backend development is a bonus Familiarity with Kanban-based Lean organizations will be a plus Soft Skills Pragmatic (use of technical debt, quick-wins, automation, …) Balance between an early adopter and a boring tech person Client-centric with customer satisfaction at heart We like it when you share and deeply understand our core values We also like dynamic & curious people eager to learn Leadership mindset & Mentoring affinity Hard Skills A good level of English writing is required. Fluent English is appreciated. Hands-on experience & tech culture with React-based framework, ES6+ & TypeScript, testing frameworks, and building tools (like Webpack) Seasoned engineer able to draft, visualize & challenge technical solutions Clever with composition to build pages and components from existing parts
