Job description
As our IT Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of keeping our business running smoothly. You'll be the person everyone turns to - whether it's troubleshooting an issue, improving systems, or making sure everything just works the way it should.
You'll be both front-facing and behind the scenes:
Supporting colleagues with technical issues while also managing systems, suppliers and infrastructure that keep the business running.
At Joslin Rhodes, we pride ourselves on delivering a WOW service, and this role plays a key part in making that happen.
You'll need to be up for:
- Managing and maintaining IT systems, including servers, networks and hardware
- Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft environments (Windows Servers, Microsoft 365)
- Monitoring and optimising network performance (firewalls, routers, switches)
- Administering phone systems to ensure smooth communication across the business
- Maintaining IT equipment, printers and asset registers
- Managing IT contracts, suppliers and software licences
- Overseeing cloud services and system performance
- Developing and enforcing cybersecurity protocols to protect company data
- Monitor threats and responding to security incidents
- Supporting system backups, disaster recovery and business continuity
- Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams
- Identifying improvements and recommending new technologies
Requirements
- You are proactive, organised and take ownership of your work

- You have a strong knowledge or Microsoft technologies, networking and cyber security
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues
