Job description
We are seeking a highly organised Technical Administrator with excellent attention to detail to join a fast-paced, growing organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting technical processes.
Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in managing product and material data, ensuring systems are accurate, compliant, and up to date., * Accurately maintain and update product and material data within ERP systems (including BOMs and testing requirements)
- Manage and cleanse data across internal databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Input, review, and validate large volumes of technical data with a high level of precision
- Organise and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and compliance records
- Support traceability and audit processes through accurate record-keeping
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to obtain and verify technical information
- Assist with documentation preparation and system-based administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong data entry and data management experience with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using ERP systems (SAGE X3 experience advantageous)
- Highly organised, methodical, and able to manage large datasets
- Comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Previous experience in a technical or administrative role is desirable
