Job description

  • 1st-level system and user support for our IT systems
  • Ticket coordination and load balancing within the team
  • Organization of installation and patch management
  • Device management for desktop and mobile platforms
  • Identity and Access Management
  • Procurement of IT hardware, software, and services
  • Integration and management of external service providers
  • Planning and administration of software licenses
  • Documentation and continuous optimization of Service Desk processes
  • Development and delivery of user training sessions

Requirements

To strengthen our IT Service Desk Team, we are looking for a dedicated full-time IT Support Specialist (m/f/d), * Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical/scientific field

  • Relevant professional experience in IT, ideally within service operations
  • A talent for the design, rollout, and operation of IT solutions
  • Experience in planning and executing IT projects
  • Proficiency in managing external contractors and service providers
  • Practical knowledge in areas such as PowerShell, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory (AD), Intune, Exchange, and ITIL is desirable
  • Passion for working on diverse topics and a strong customer-service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
