Job description

We are seeking a driven and organised IT Project Manager to join our growing IT team, delivering a wide range of projects across a multi-site organisation. This role is key in supporting the ongoing transformation, onboarding, and harmonisation of IT systems across our estate, ensuring smooth integration of new and existing practices.

You will play a vital role in delivering both strategic and operational IT initiatives, working closely with internal teams, clinical practice staff, and external partners., You will lead and coordinate multiple IT projects across the UK estate, including:

  • UK IT onboarding and harmonisation programmes
  • Endpoint refresh and hardware lifecycle management
  • Migration of Practice Management Systems from on-site to cloud
  • Network refreshes, ISP migrations, and IP subnet changes
  • Telephony system migrations
  • Practice build projects, site moves, mergers, hive-ups, and closures
  • IT integration for new acquisitions
  • Infrastructure projects including server migrations and structured cabling refreshes

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Support delivery of larger strategic IT portfolio initiatives
  • Maintain full project documentation (plans, RAID logs, scope, budgets, communications, highlight reports)
  • Support governance improvements alongside senior leadership
  • Manage internal and third-party resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, practice teams, and suppliers

  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

Project management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, APM, PMP or Agile)
