Software Developer

• Develop, customise, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes
• Develop internal applications, dashboards, and automation tools
• Maintain clear documentation for code, configurations, and processes
• Work closely with finance, operations, and customer service teams to deliver system improvements
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems

Essential:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
• Understanding of ERP workflows and financial/operational processes

Desirable:

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with automation tools, dashboards, or reporting solutions
