Job description

As a Security Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Senior Security Administrator, Head of Security, and Operations Manager. You'll be central to keeping our projects running smoothly, our engineers supported, and our systems accurate and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new jobs and maintaining accurate job files in Simpro
  • Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Updating and managing project workbooks
  • Preparing and processing small works invoices
  • Recording and reconciling supplier invoices (purchase ledger)
  • Producing and updating job sheets for small works
  • Managing returns and coordinating with suppliers
  • Collecting and recording engineers timesheets for payroll and invoicing
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting as required
  • Logging new quote requests into the system

Requirements

Were looking for:

  • Experience in administration
  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication skills
  • A confident, professional telephone manner
  • A proactive approach to personal development
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in a busy office environment (preferred)
  • A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
  • An interest in learning about legal and regulatory compliance within the Fire Industry
