As a Senior or Lead Engineer, you'll drive innovation by building and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI applications that empower thousands daily.   • Architect, develop, and deploy high-impact GenAI applications into production.
  • Evaluate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
  • Champion best practices in prompt engineering and model evaluation.
  • Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A proven expertise in Python development of AI-driven applications.

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Lex, CloudWatch).

  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication skills.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitLab Runners, Jenkins)

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and deployments to ECS/EKS.

  • Ideally career experience to include regulated environments, data engineering concepts, and security best practices.
