Architect, develop, and deploy high-impact GenAI applications into production.
Evaluate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
Champion best practices in prompt engineering and model evaluation.
Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

A proven expertise in Python development of AI-driven applications.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt optimization.
Strong knowledge of AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Lex, CloudWatch).
Ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitLab Runners, Jenkins)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience with containerization (Docker) and deployments to ECS/EKS.
Ideally career experience to include regulated environments, data engineering concepts, and security best practices.
