Job description

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Data Analyst & Administrator will play a key role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making through accurate data analysis, reporting, and administrative support.

This role combines analytical capability with strong organisational skills, ensuring that data is effectively managed, insights are generated, and business processes are supported efficiently., * Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to support business operations.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to inform decision-making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support performance improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking activities.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support including email management, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support coordination of internal processes and day-to-day team operations.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Manage CRM systems and internal data platforms.
  • Support continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes.
  • Assist with implementation of new systems, tools, or technologies.
  • Troubleshoot data, reporting, or system-related issues.

Requirements

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Analyst & Administrator to support data-driven decision-making and ensure efficient administrative operations across the business., * Strong data analysis and reporting capability.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to present data clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT proficiency across CRM systems and data platforms.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data management principles, including accuracy, integrity, and governance.
  • Awareness of GDPR and data protection requirements.
  • Understanding of business operations and performance metrics (desirable).
  • Awareness of systems and process improvement approaches.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a data analysis and/or administrative role.
  • Experience working with data systems, reporting tools, or CRM platforms.
  • Experience producing reports, dashboards, or performance insights.
  • Experience supporting business operations through administrative functions.
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
